Return, Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
1-The product must be in its closed packaging and in the same original condition when purchased.
2-The customer shall bear the shipping costs in case of exchange and return.

4-In the event that the product and the order are safe, the exchange and return involves the customer bearing the shipping value and it shall be deducted from the returned or exchanged invoice.
5-In the event that the order (product information) does not match what was requested from the site, or if a different product was shipped, the customer has the right to exchange or return without additional costs
6-The customer has the option to return the value of his purchases or replace it with another product according to the customer's choice.
7-The customer has the right to cancel the order and modify it by adding, canceling or modifying products without asking about the reason in case the order has not been shipped. by contacting us
8-The amount is returned in the same method of payment used when purchasing, and it takes 1 - 7 working days to return the amount, depending on the payment method used.
